Center City Pharmacy, LLC (“Center City Pharmacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a 503A compounding pharmacy located in Florida. We primarily provide pharmacy services to licensed healthcare providers, clinics, and telehealth networks. This website is intended for healthcare professionals and business partners and is not a patient portal and does not offer direct-to-consumer online sales.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with:

  • Your interactions with us as a clinic, provider, or business contact.

This Privacy Policy does not replace or modify any Notice of Privacy Practices we maintain as a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) for Protected Health Information (“PHI”). If you are a patient whose prescription is filled by Center City Pharmacy, please refer to our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for information about your rights regarding PHI.

We primarily work with licensed healthcare providers, clinics, and telehealth organizations that use our pharmacy services to dispense medications to their patients.

We do not use this Site to allow patients to place orders, pay for medications, or access a patient portal.
Patients generally interact with us through their prescribing provider or telehealth platform, not directly through this Site.
Please do not submit patient names, full medical histories, or other detailed PHI through the Site’s contact form.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information that you choose to provide, such as when you:

  •  Complete the “Contact Us” or registration forms on the Site;

  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us.

  • We do not use text messages to send detailed PHI such as full medical histories or sensitive diagnoses.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

If you are a clinic, provider, or business contact and would like to update, correct, or delete certain personal information we maintain about you, you may contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor any such rights as required by applicable law.

10.2 PHI (Patients)

If you are a patient whose prescription is filled by Center City Pharmacy, your rights with respect to PHI (such as the right to access, amend, or obtain an accounting of disclosures) are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
 

To exercise those rights, please follow the instructions in that Notice or contact us using the information below.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 online, we will take appropriate steps to delete it as required by law.
